Return & Refund Policy - Mohini arts
We want you to love your purchase! If something's not right, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. We'll cover return shipping for eligible items.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
- Contact us at info@lakecityhandicrafts.com before sending anything back.
- Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
Inspect your item on arrival. If it's damaged or incorrect, email us within 24 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund if a replacement isn't available.

Exchanges
Email us within 5 days to request an exchange. Items must be unused and returned within 2 weeks. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks may take a few extra days to process.
Note: Custom orders are non-refundable after 3 days from purchase.
